Review: When you see it and use it you realise why you spent the money - great quality! - Thought this was quite expensive at first but it is actually a superbly well designed and manufactured bit of kit. A great alternative to the ceiling mounted dryers when (like me) your ceiling joists run the wrong way and are almost impossible to locate. It runs up and down very smoothly with minimal effort and is a great size. The 1.2m wide version that I have is plenty big enough for most families I would think. Took me less than an hour to put up and the instructions are clear. It comes as standard with the pulley on the left hand side so if that doesn't suit then maybe contact the supplier direct to specify a right hand version, since you can't swap it over. Highly recommended.

Putting it together is a bit fiddly and you need to carefully follow the instructions and diagrams, particularly when threading the pull cord. All parts are very good quality and fit together very well. Quality appearance when assembled and functions very well indeed. Very pleased.

A: Hi thank you! The additional rack is not available by amazon, in our web site you'll find some pictures. The upper rack can be raised in the upper position and folded to the wall. the lower rack can only be folded to the wall and stay in the lowest position.

Great space-saving idea and a good sized rack. For smooth movement the rails need to be very well aligned and this can be very tedious. Depending on airflow where you put this you may end up using every other rail as not much room between them. The rack would clearly bend if a rail was pulled hard or lent on, but plenty strong enough for hanging washing.
