I’ve used this product before in our garage studio to create a faux-concrete wall, and the result was fantastic—so much so that my son asked for the same finish in his new bedroom. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very inconsistent due to what seems like a temperature/shipping issue. I first ordered a two-can set, and both cans arrived completely unusable—thick, chunky, and impossible to apply (like trying to paint with cream cheese). I had to return them and delay the project. I then placed two separate orders for single cans. One arrived in perfect condition, but the other was again unusable. From what I can tell, this product is extremely sensitive to temperature during storage and shipping—if it freezes, it separates and cannot be recovered. So whether you receive a usable product seems to depend heavily on how it was stored and transported. When it arrives in good condition, the finish is beautiful. But be aware that you may end up reordering if the product has been exposed to cold temperatures in transit.
