(I just measured the chain length, so the measurement i gave you does not include the handle). Looks smart, does the job! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely flush pull, but heavy *by S***B on 25 September 2017* Lovely styling. Definitely an improvement over the look of previous modern pulls I've had. I like how it gives the toilet an extra Victorian look. The reason I gave it four stars is because it's very heavy; so heavy in fact that the handle that extends from the tank and that the chain attaches to, dropped from about a 45 degree angle to a 90 degree angle (using a clock example, from roughly between a 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock position down to a 3 o'clock position). The lower position of the handle meant that there wasn't enough leverage or travelling distance when pulling the chain, which meant that the toilet would no longer flush. However, because I like the style of the pull, I attached a small heavy weight to the part of the handle that sits inside the tank just above the water line. The handle now returns to a 45 degree angle and the toilet flushes normally like before.
