A: I think it would, that’s a pretty big knife you have. I bought the 29 x 20 and it really is a work of art. Highest quality leather. My biggest knife is a Miyabi 5000s yanagiba and I have plenty of room. Leather is like a saddle for your prized knives. Something that you would pass down to the next chef. You can’t go wrong with this. I’ll only part with this when I become one of the departed. Buy it.

A: It depends on handle length, but I have doubts. It's really more suitable for the standard complement of knives chefs use in a kitchen. What you're asking about is a specially knife.

Very well constructed. It can hold a lot of kit. I have a few large knives, being a butcher by trade. Most knife rolls are close to being too small to hold 10”+knives. This has several inches clearance. With this being real leather with care it should last the rest of my career. It is a tad heavy because it is leather. But the shoulder strap is quite comfortable and not very noticeable on longer walks. I walk about 2 blocks to work from our employee parking. For the price, you will not find a knife roll as well made or versatile in daily use.
