1.Stay away from WIFI router and other Bluetooth devices that use 2.4GHZ signals to avoid interfere with this product.
2. Put your phone in the pocket that the same side with main earbud, and make sure the screen side of your cellphone close to your body.

Only the main earbud works when making phone call because Microphone function doesn’t work on the second earbud.
