It is NOT intended for heavy/construction/industrial use. It works for light jobs but if you need it to build a house, pay $25+ and buy one of the more conventional ones sold on ebay. My power screwdriver [which is just a screwdriver not a drill/driver]has a setting for drilling pilot holes and this seems suited for that use. It works perfectly with the "quick-change" type chuck on the screwdriver.
