They did something good when they made this tea. I didn't read the nutrition information or the ingredients because my daughter and grandson told me it was ok for me to drink. I am diabetic so it must be ok for me. I know that the tea must be healthy, I have been doing better since I started drinking it about 6 months ago. I'm usually a bit under the weather during the winter months and so far, knock on wood, I've been feeling better than I have in quite a while. I like the taste hot and my grandson likes it cold. Either way it is delicious. I think it has a hint of lemon but I don't know if there is any lemon in it.
