It is like sleeping in a giant T-shirt. You can move in any direction and it stretches every which way. I am a side sleeper that switches sides multiple times per night and I never felt tangled up or constricted in this at all. It is shocking how stretchy it was. The two nights that I used this liner I believe the temps got in the lower 60's F. I was using a Big Agnes Anvil Horn sleeping bag and a Big Agnes sleeping pad, which had an R value of 4.something. I alternated with using the sleeping bag to cover just my legs and sometimes my full body, so the liner did provide some warmth. I am a female, 5'6", 155 lbs, but I am positive that a full size man would be extremely comfortable in this sleeping bag liner and would not feel constricted. My sleeping bag was the only thing limiting any of my movements. If you are on the fence and considering purchasing this liner, DO IT!
