They fit perfectly and I don't have perfect toes. Thanks to my genes, my toes are ALMOST all straight across like Duck Feet and my pinkie toe is almost have as small as the other toes in size. It's where it should be if the other toes would have curved down to meet it. I have not had these socks long enough to know how they will hold up...only time will tell. I feel that along with the Yoga Toes I purchased, these socks are helping that issue. My feet had to get used to these. I'd recommend wearing these in small amounts and increasing the length of time worn over a period of time. I didn't and since I was wearing these at night, the first few nights I had to take them off in the middle of the night because they were too uncomfortable. After a week or two I can sleep through the whole night with them on with only minor discomfort. I'm a women's US 7 to 7 1/2 and the length from the toes to heel almost felt too long, but not enough for me to want to return them. I'd be curious to see how the next size down would be for my own feet, but since I really only wear these to bed it's not a huge worry.
