These help my pain go from from severe (8/10) to minimal (2/10) without the use of stomach-irritating pain relievers. Smell is minimal and tolerable. May seem pricey at 3 patches per box but for all -day pain relief, these are well worth it. We always keep a box on hand for the 2-3 x year we need them. They are a bit tricky to apply, best to have some help. Can also be cut into smaller sizes, just cut a slit in the top to help with peeling. Make sure you apply to clean and dry skin and smooth it out while applying a bit of pressure to help it adhere better. Hold it in place with a fitted tee tucked under your clothes.
