They’re good. They’re a little vanilla wafer super low and sugar. This isn’t gonna spike my blood sugar and I’m gonna live! I used them in baking so they did dry out my gluten free cookies when used as a mix in. The texture was pretty consistent with a regular vanilla wafer. I will also say, they're quite a bit smaller than I expected for the price of the bag and that's taking in to account the price difference in general of Gluten Free products.
