Review: Bruce Wayne would say "I believe in 'Absolute' ".. - I've never read The Long Halloween before. I've only just finished the second chapter and i must say that, without knowing how the story ends, i am so glad that my first experience of Long Halloween is an 'Absolute' one. What an awesome piece of craftsmanship. The paper used is the thickest paper stock I've ever had the pleasure of leafing through. The artwork is fantastic. Each page has a strong weight to it; I had to keep double checking the page numbers in case I'd picked up two pages by mistake. The solid box slip case is brilliant. The pages are sewn to the hard-back and there is a ribbon within to keep your place in the book. If your looking at buying this book, you must have already done your research and have a good inkling that the story is up there with the best of them. So, you already know you want the story but you may be undecided about the format. I know it's pretty costly, and not everyone has unlimited disposable income (me included), but, my honest advice to you would be; if you can afford to buy it - you can't afford not to! Just treat yourself; add this to your collection. It's a piece of art you can actually enjoy and it will increase in value; both sentimental and monetary. Review: Absolutely First Class - This is the absolute edition of the series of Batman comics, that inspired the Christopher Nolan version of Batman, which we now see on our cinema secreens and DVDs. The artwork is superb and the story inspired and multi layered. The test of a good picture or story is that you constantly discover new aspects to it. Batman is essentailly a dark conflicted character who inhabits a nightmarish world, and this book will reveal that world in all its glory. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #388,044 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #1,370 in Mystery Graphic Novels #1,372 in DC Comics & Graphic Novels #6,073 in Superhero Comics & Graphic Novels | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 104 Reviews | ## Images ![Absolute Batman The Long Halloween HC - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81y3ifTzmAL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bruce Wayne would say "I believe in 'Absolute' ".. *by M***O on 1 May 2015* I've never read The Long Halloween before.
