Review: Updated very important step/fix... - Updated 10/8/2024 - we've used the hamper for a couple of months now. today I just found a substantial design flaw, but easily fixed. the bottom of the hamper is made from a rigid paper board. when you place wet or damp clothes in it the moisture soaks right through. consequently over time that bottom board begins to warp out of shape. if I'd not found this issue it would've ruined the hamper. the FIX, get a kitchen sized trash bag and place the bottom 'board' into it. then put back in place. since the cloth bag sits on top you'll never even see the trash bag, problem solved.
