It’s genuinely portable. With the inclusion of a mini-lanyard, it’s designed specifically to be carried around on a keyring so you always have a USB-C converter with you. Attaching the little lanyard to this tiny device is a hellishly fiddly performance that some will abandon in frustration, but I would encourage you to persevere, attach it to your keyring or just carry it with you.
