Just asympbled it yesterday. The instructions booklet is very poor and vague. You wouldn't know what screws or pieces to use. First the screws were missing a few. Some velcro was stabled and come off from the first use. The plastic pieces that go inside the metal bars from both ends kept coming off. If you are taller than 6' or 180cm thos thing is not for you. The shoulder support carries my weight and that defeats the purpose of handing. I had to remove it.. Overall, this machine is scary and I am unhappy with it. After it took me hours to asymble it now I have to take it apart to return it. !!!!! Had a Teeter years ago that was not cushioned and not wide for bigger people.
