My first taste I decided to go neat, aroma is great and a nice warmth as it makes it's way down reveal so many amazing flavours and leaves the tongue tingling! Secondly I added a little coke to test it's versatility, I must admit I wasn't a massive fan. In my opinion buying a rum of this calibre and mixing it is a waste of money. You strip all the flavours and craftsmanship. If you know you know. If you want to mix something like Koku Kanu is more the run you want to be going for 👌🏼 Finally I went for what I purchased for a rum old fashioned. 50ml of Rum, 15ml sugar syrup and couple of dashes of orange bitters.
