Logitech H570e USB-C Wired Headset with Microphone PC and Mac - Black

I needed a comfortable replacement headset for work, and this one fits the bill. The ear pads are much softer than the standard office headsets I’ve used, and I can wear it for long calls without the “itchy” feeling some other models cause. The audio quality is very good on both the microphone and the speakers, and it’s easy to adjust for a comfortable fit. One thing to be aware of is the mute button on the inline controller. It’s easy to press accidentally if the controller gets caught between my desk and my body, but the headset gives a clear audible beep when mute is activated, so it’s immediately noticeable. The only improvement I would suggest is adding small tactile markers (one dot, two dots, etc.) on the controller buttons so they can be identified by touch without looking. I plan to add a couple of small glue dots myself. Overall, this is a well‑built headset that should last for years. It’s comfortable, sounds good, and works reliably with both PC and Mac. A strong choice for daily work use.

I love this headset! I have an old Logitech that I used before when learning Spanish from Rosetta Stone, but my new Mac computer doesn't have those left/right inputs for a headset any more. I went with another Logitech with the USB-C connector and it works great! The headset is comfortable and sound quality is decent for what I use it for. The microphone is picking up my Spanish pronunciation way better than my built-in mic does. Excellent quality for the price.

sounds very good. mic is very good. This is a pro headset. Includes inline mute switch. Not the cheapest at all. Get what you pay for

My problem is more with Amazon search than with these headphones. I searched for one thing and these popped up, but didn't meet the criteria for what I wanted. Anyway, the headphones are OK. The headband is pretty adjustable. The earpieces are not even as large as your ears (1 7/8" across) so they rest on your ears and aren't super comfortable, but wearable. Everything else is as expected.

Worst Logitech! Doesn’t work

Bought this headset for work and suddenly everyone thinks I know what I’m doing. Audio is crystal clear, mic blocks out my dog, and it’s comfy enough to wear through meetings that should’ve been emails. Only downside: now people invite me to more meetings because I “sound so good.”

Smaller than expected. Ear size seems to bring more for a child, that mskes them a little uncomfortable for an adult ear. Instead of the foam sitting over the ear, they will sit inside your outer ear. Putting pressure on your outer ear cartilidge for potentially hours. Making them uncomfortable compared to the earlier models. Also. It diesnt seal as well to the ear, allowing more background noise to get in

The product is good, even the noise cancellation on the mic works quite well, but don't really expect much from such priced product. Also, I personally didn't find it comfortable to wear for more than 1 hour continuously. Other than that, sound quality is average, cord length is very good, the mute button works well with MS teams. Overall 3/5. I'm kind of disappointed, with such high price points although.
