Can it be frozen to last longer? Thanks!** A: There is an expiration date on the jar, but as with most perishable items once opened it should be consumed sooner. Hard to say exactly, but I've used mine within 2 months after opening and seemed to be fine. As far as freezing I would not recommend freezing in the glass jar as these tend to shatter when frozen. I supposed you could move this to a different container to freeze it.
