Its quick-release blade system and extra-long nose optimize efficiency and accuracy, making it a must-have for professional carpet installers and DIY enthusiasts aiming for flawless seams. ## Description ROBERTS Universal Seam Cutter is designed for top and bottom cutting of loop pile carpet for proper seaming. Easy to use, it offers the advantage of an extra-long nose for better row separation, a blade angle that delivers clean, precise cuts and the flexibility to accommodate both carpet and trimmer blades. When top cutting, point the cutter downward, pressing the tip down to pierce the carpet's backing, using it along rows making sure that the carpet seams are at the right angles to the padding seams. When bottom cutting, use the blade's angle to cut from the carpet’s backing to prevent shearing and wadding up of yarns. The 1-piece durable nylon construction offers long-lasting performance and reliability. ## Features - Superior double usage, top and bottom cutting - 50-Degree blade angle permits cleaner, smoother precise cuts - Quick release blade replacement feature for fast blade changes - Extra long nose provides for better row separation - Ergonomic grip for comfort and efficiency ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B000FK1QK8 | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,423,138 in Home & Kitchen (See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen) #54 in Rug Making Supplies | | Blade Material | Metal | | Brand Name | Roberts | | Colour | Red | | Country Of Publication | USA | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (59) 3.9 out of 5 stars | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00010306101547 | | Item Weight | 23 g | | Manufacturer | Roberts Carpet Tools | | Manufacturer Part Number | 10-154 | | Material Type | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene | | Model Number | 10-154-3 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Upc | 010306101547 075378101543 | ## Product Details - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Beard Styling, Trimming - **Colour:** Red - **Item Weight:** 0.05 Pounds - **Brand:** Roberts - **Power Source:** Corded Electric - **Material:** Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene - **Special Feature:** Ergonomic grip, Quick release blades - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 22.9 x 2.2 x 10.8 Centimeters - **Blade Material:** Metal - **Target Audience:** Unisex-Adults ## Images ![Roberts Carpet Tools Loop Pile Cutter 10-154-3 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71yeos4GC2L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great tool *by on Reviewed in Canada 12 August 2026* Great tool ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great tool, prompt delivery *by on Reviewed in the United States 18 March 2024* great tool, prompt delivery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good tool *by on Reviewed in the United States 19 April 2014* Works well .Easy to use it does very clean cuts.Blades change out quickly.Pick up a box of blade , they wear out quickly ## Frequently Bought Together - Roberts Carpet Tools Loop Pile Cutter 10-154-3 - Zimpty ZY377 10in. 800-Watt Carpet Seaming Iron, Carpet Joining Tape - Super Heat Bond Seaming Red Stitch and Seaming Roller Spiked Star Grooming Carpet Pile Roller - ROBERTS Carpet Tools Cut and Jam Carpet Knife 10-220 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/678680494-roberts-carpet-tools-loop-pile-cutter-10-154-3](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/678680494-roberts-carpet-tools-loop-pile-cutter-10-154-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
