I have a problem creating enough saliva and often have dry mouth etc. So I'm either drinking a lot of water or when I can't I pop an sour cherry on my mouth and the tartness helps me salivate more. Even if I didn't have this problem, I'd still have these because they're good for your teeth. I wish they'd create a few more really SOUR flavors. The tin makes it easy to carry in your purse. When they first made these I was always opening my tin and offering people one. Not one person didn't like them. They were a bit! I highly recommend them to anyone.
