Though we haven't seen heavy snow these days, it has helped a lot with the flurries and protected it from getting scratched from fallen branches. It fits my civic is well and has a clean look. it's very easy to put on and will get another for our acura.
Review: Took less than 10 seconds to strap. - This system works. I tried the system with the plastic clips that screw on the cover with a supplied bungee chord. The screw parts snapped and the bungee chords were too long allowing the bottom of the cover to be blown off over the bumper section in very strong wind. I decided to strap over the bumper section and in very high wind the cover stayed put.

This system works. I tried the system with the plastic clips that screw on the cover with a supplied bungee chord. The screw parts snapped and the bungee chords were too long allowing the bottom of the cover to be blown off over the bumper section in very strong wind. I decided to strap over the bumper section and in very high wind the cover stayed put.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for long term outdoor use

These work well enough as long as it’s not for long term outdoor use. After six to eight months in direct sun and wind, it starts to delaminate and tear especially around the mirror pockets. Adding extra tie downs help prolong its lifespan as it won’t be flapping around in strong winds. The high reflectivity allows it to keep the car interior cool enough to stop most heat related deterioration. You won’t need a windshield sunshade with this on. It’s also not completely waterproof. Some water will permeate its skin so I wouldn’t use this around hard water sprinklers. But if you don’t have a covered parking and you don’t drive your vehicle often this is a great way to protect your vehicle for the short term.
