The feel of the products, the 10 out of 10 looks, the ease of connecting the individual components together, heck even the packaging was cool! This is the most high quality car washing equipment I’ve ever used…period. I will say one end of the hose had seized up a bit from sitting, the grease had dried out. Just needed a little more grease on the bearings, but again even with that the gun and hose were light years better feeling in my hands than any others I’ve tried, and I’ve tried 6 other brands. I connected everything to the active 2.0 system and it worked flawlessly. Definitely worth the money for the quality you get imho. I cleaned my car in record time and the feel of the water coming out of this set up was like a commercial car wash.
