Another advantage of the Ansten headphones (at least for me) is that they remain on even with no signal (provided the power button is depressed), while the Monodeal headphones turn themselves off if there is no signal after about 4 minutes. The distance range of the Ansten headphones is around 45' inside my house, which is greater than the Monodeal headphones (around 35'), but the Ansten headphones pick up static during that additional 10’ distance. The Ansten headphones have a volume adjustment that works well, but the headphones pick up a hiss on very high volume, although that high level is NOT required for normal listening. The Monodeal headphones have a richer sound for music when compared with the Ansten, but I use these headphones for listening to YouTube videos and other voice-only transmissions, and the Ansten headphones are fully competent for that purpose.
