I have purchased this Mini UPS twice and overall, I am very satisfied with the product. It provides reliable backup for my WiFi router during power cuts and works exactly as advertised. The compact design, easy installation, and stable performance make it a great value-for-money solution. One of the two units I purchased stopped working after about 4 months. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the company's customer service. After I raised a complaint, the support team promptly approved the replacement, and I received a new UPS within just 2 days. The replacement process was handled professionally and efficiently. The only area that needs improvement is the complaint registration process. Raising a service request was somewhat cumbersome and took longer than expected. A more streamlined and user-friendly support process would make the overall experience even better.
