Tried this out at work with a few work mates of mine and one said" I felt super focused and alert but felt like I was meditating at the same time"..This is true as ive felt the same...Maybe try half a serving if your not working out as the Caffeine is high but honestly one of the best ive tried and totally different to the typical preworkout mix... Taste is exactly as it says, sour apple but its not bitter. Just right and certainly satisfies your taste buds... Its a quality mix and far superior to most and very effective but in a focused calming sense and also value for money for what you get but understand what your taking and study the ingredients and see if they suit you.
