However I ended up returning it as the tracking is awful, it tracks way more activity and steps than you’ve actually done and doesn’t recognise when you’re exercising, it tells you in the app that it thinks there’s been activity but you have to go in a write what it is you’ve done. This isn’t reliable either as mine said it picked up activity when I was actually just in the car driving to work.
