I use it mostly after intense workouts to release tension from legs, glutes and back muscles. It can also be used for exercising at home, which is a bonus.I purchased the 24"H x 6"D because my husband wants to use it too and he's much much bigger than me. Recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just the job for sore shoulders *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 December 2025* Love the colour and size ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great to relax and stretch your spine *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 11 October 2026* Great item to help relax and stretch back. Was recommended by my chiropractor. Only negative is you need to use it on a rug or carpet otherwise you will go flying ## Frequently Bought Together - ProsourceFit High Density Foam Rollers 12 - inches Long, Firm Full Body Athletic Massager for Back Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Post Workout Trigger Point Release, Pink - Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 - Massage Lacrosse Balls for Myofascial Release,Yoga Deep Tissue Massage,Trigger Point Therapy and Foot Plantar Fasciitis,Muscle Soreness Massager Ball (2Pack,Deep Blue and Purple) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/72247653-prosourcefit-high-density-foam-rollers-long-firm-full-body-athletic](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/72247653-prosourcefit-high-density-foam-rollers-long-firm-full-body-athletic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
