This supportive piece works great to flatten one's stomach post-tummy tuck surgery. For that reason I give it four stars. However, please note that there is one area for which this item was NOT comfortable - being in a seated position. I am a graduate student, which requires me to engage in a seated position while I study and write on a daily basis. This board can become uncomfortable when one is in a seated position.
