Overlay complicated controls compared to other units like this just annoy me and to top it off, it keeps saying error and not dispensing food. It's got one job and can't do that right. My cats don't like the smell of those stainless steel bowls that came as part of the package.** A: I just bought 5he ceramic bowls the woman referenced above, they not only fit perfectly, they are adorable, too. Petlibro needs to make extra bowls more easily available to their customers. There iscno need to buy the entire plastic bottom unit to get an extra 2 bowls, so we have extra to have clean daily. **Q: How many portions is a 1/2 cup?** A: Dear customer, Thank you for your questions. 6 portions are about 1/2 cup. For this feeder, 1 portion is about 1/12 cup. Measurements may vary for different sizes and shapes of food. Please feel free to contact PETLIBRO Support Team if you have any concerns. **Q: Why is it screaming at me? there is a loud alarm that doesn't stop, even when i unplugged it.** A: I just had that same thing happen with the auto feeder I just purchased a week ago. I am sending it back. Was not able to remedy it, even after calling for assistance. **Q: Does anyone make a glass bowl that will fit this?** A: Dear customer, Thank you for your questions. we don't have a glass bowl for this feeder currently. But we have forwarded it to our concerned dept. Please feel free to contact PETLIBRO Support Team if you have any concerns. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks Great, Keeps Falling *by M***T on 2024年9月30日に英国でレビュー済み* Having had this for 6 months I'm done with it. We have two cats; this is a perfect feeder that keeps them nourished - even on the long days when we get home late. Allows owners to feel a sense of comfort that their pets will receive their dry food whenever they are not home. We never feed the cats manually anymore; we just fill the 'sealing' dry cat food reservoir once every 2-3 weeks. I haven't tried it, but I would feel comfortable leaving for 1 or 2 weeks; knowing that even if the electricity went out in my neighborhood, that the battery backup would keep our cats fed throughout the duration of the power outage. There are many settings and a lot of programs that can be used; we just use 2 of them; a cup in the morning and a cup in the afternoon. The sound it makes dispensing the food now serves as the 'dinner time' call - they come running when they hear the food drop in the morning. The never upgraded version of this has wifi and a build in camera. I think that would be an asset if you didn't have any other wifi cameras in your home (to see the cats eat...or check how much food is in their bowl), but we have dialed in the right amount of food, and feel very confident that they are getting fed. Paired with an automatic watering system (upside down bottle on a bowl), the cats get everything they need to eat and drink. ## Frequently Bought Together - PETLIBRO Automatic Cat Feeder, Automatic Cat Food Dispenser with Freshness Preservation, Timed Cat Feeders with Low Food Sensor for Dry Food, Up to 6 Meals Per Day, Granary Pet Feeder for Cats/Dogs - PETLIBRO Replacement Filters for Dockstream Cat Water Fountain PLWF005 PLWF115 PLWF105, 4 Months Set of Replacement Filters for Ultra Quiet Pet Water Fountain,White 8 Count (Pack of 1) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/725924511-petlibro-自動給餌器-猫-多頭飼いに向け-5l大容量-1日6食-1食0-50分量設定可能-10秒録音-2個のステンレス製トレイ付き猫](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/725924511-petlibro-自動給餌器-猫-多頭飼いに向け-5l大容量-1日6食-1食0-50分量設定可能-10秒録音-2個のステンレス製トレイ付き猫) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
