Review: Witty and a perfect extension to the game - First off I want to say that the art fits the style of Devil May Cry perfectly. The balance of horrid darkness and fight sequences made it all the more enjoyable. Dante's personality doesn't stray too much from what you see in the game, befitting his opponents with witty humor that will make you laugh at times yet soon encasing you into moments of blood and gore that will keep you on edge. The story is very interesting and kept me from putting the book down which I love in manga's and novels. I feel like although this happens pretty far from what we see in the game it still embodies the basic idea that lead up to the games beginning; being that Dante mentions "It's been over a year since we last met" I'm assuming this was the year previous to that moment. This book is definitely something a Devil May Cry fan would love to have and it's worth every penny.
