3-in-1 Endurance and Recovery, Hydration, BCAA, Electrolyte Enhanced Drink (Lemon Lime)

When I first saw the price of this product I was doubtful about whether it could be worth it, but after using extensively I can say that this is the best endurance drink I've ever tried. I do marathon canoe and kayak racing and have completed the Texas Water Safari 10 times, so I need an endurance drink that will give me what I need in extreme heat, for a multiple day event. Nothing else has worked as well as Tri-Fuel. I should also mention that I tend to sweat a little bit more than most people, and I have always needed more electrolyte supplements than my friends who do the same activities. After using it repeatedly, I can also say with confidence that the BCAA's and glutamine are doing a lot to fight fatigue. I think the only way they could improve this product is if they added the OKG and other stuff that's in Hammer Nutrition's Anti-Fatigue Pills. Then I wouldn't have to take any pills at all. The fact that this product does NOT have soy is a blessing to me, and that is what makes it better than Hammer's endurance drinks. If you're a heavy sweater and you struggle to keep your electrolytes in balance during extreme conditions, you should definitely give Tri-Fuel a try!

I have done many Full Marathons and 50K (31 milers) but I am now training for my first Daytona 100 miler. I live here in South Florida and this summer heat & humidity is brutal. I needed to find a good electrolyte drink and someone told me to try TriFuel... OMG the first time I drank it before a long run I felt a huge difference... my energy stayed strong even through the high 80s temp with almost 100% humidity !!! And the recovery was amazing as I had another to run long the very next morning AGAIN!!! I'm up to only 60 miles a week so far with many more to go before the day of my 100 miler... I tell all my running buddies how great this product is. I even give them a little bit of mine to try it before they actually buy it because I just know that they will see a huge difference and buy it for themselves!!! I've been using Wild Berry TriFuel for several years. It's my go-to energy drink for training and racing for events up to 9 hours (Leadville 104) long. The product is well balanced with carbohydrates, electrolytes and other vitamins and minerals that are essential for optimum performance. There is also a small amount of caffeine that does not create any kind of jittery feeling. There is no protein in the mixture and I'm able to go 9 hours without protein. I haven't needed to supplement the drink with anything else as I do with other energy drinks.The taste is evenly balanced so it's not too bland or too sweet giving you that sticky sugary mouth feel. I have used First Endurance EFS electrolyte powder for years for cycling but recently it has become hard to buy (at least through Amazon). I decided to try TRIFUEL electrolyte drink powder for my water bottles during cycling. It gets really hot here in Texas so it is really important to stay hydrated and for cycling events longer than a few hours, electrolyte powder in your water bottle makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, I could not get past the awful taste of TRIFUEL. I literally could not drink from the bottle mixed with TRIFUEL and was glad my other water bottle had First Endurance EFS powder. Both products are lemon lime flavored but what a difference in taste between the two products. By the way, I was able to purchase more EFS through the First Endurance website direct.

Can’t speak to the performance yet, but it taste horrible. I hoping to use during long workouts and race nutrition but it taste horrible. I’d usually water down my nutrition and sip over the course of long workout, but this taste even worse watered down. For now I’ll choke it down pre workout.

This sports drink is unbelievable. It works well for me and I can't imagine not using for my competitions. I have plenty of fuel during my ride and the recovery is awesome. I personally don't like the taste, but the results out-weight the taste. I have only used the Wild Berry flavor and someday I will get around to trying out the lemon lime. Unlike other sports-drinks where you must go to the bathroom once you drink too much, TRIFUEL seems to be very efficient. By that I say that what you put in get’s used; I find that I don’t have to go to the bathroom as much during my long bike rides. I recommend this product.This sports drink is unbelievable. It work well for me and I can't imagine not using for my competitions. I personally don't like the taste, but the results out-weight

Good taste

This is a good product that was recommended by a pro cyclist friend (he holds world records and stuff). I'm a below average / beginner triathlete and it helped me get through my first 70.3 in Hawaii, as well as with training prior to that. The taste is fairly subtle and it does not feel sugary at all. It's a bit pricey - particularly knowing they advise using two scoops - but great product overall, especially for me who does not support Heed.
