So I purchased these back in 2020 and let me tell you. These are great! It took a little getting used to at first. I was used to cooking on non stick and cast iron. But once I figured out it was closer to cooking on cast iron, I was in business. I've made many meals since 2020 on these and I do not regret it. Food tastes better, cooks better and overly just a joy to work with. They're easy to maintain and if I don't have to worry about scratching then because it doesn't affect them if you scuff them up a little. I use Barkeepers Friend to shine them back up like new whenever they start looking dull. I like that they're also oven safe. That is a huge plus with some of the dishes I make. If I had to, I would purchase these again. Highly recommend!

I was so nervous about buying stainless pans (I was raised on Tfal) especially from a brand I was unfamiliar with.This was- hands down- one of the best purchases of my life. I would have gladly paid three times as much for this set.You can sear a roast on the stove and move it right into the oven- just put a lid on the pan and go.I have have burnt things in these pans that I was convinced would take hours of scrubbing- and I can put it right in the dishwasher without presoaking and they will come clean.I have had these pans for three years and don’t have a single complaint.If you’re in the market for pans- do yourself a favor and order a set of these. I promise you won’t regret it.

UPDATE: oops my bad. For my cooking school I have been trying to get the right equipment,"Don't blame the worker if he doesn't have good tools"After I tested the DUXTOP small sauce pan, which boiled excessively at temp less then 190 deg on the temp indicator, I put the pans in the closet. I ordered a Cusinart 1 .5 quart sauce pan; same result as the DUXTOP.Next I ordered the expensive ALL-CLAD 1 quart sauce pan. Same result on my NuWave induction heater. I did not get this result on the 8" or 10" fry pans which I tested earlier. I am guessing the NUWAVE heater has circular coils (each successively larger) and the small pan only interacts with the smallest coil. This causes localized heating, which means it is hotter over the single coil, which means it is boiling at this narrow ring. I observed this when just boiling water in the sauce pan. The 8" or larger pan gets two coils.So, For me and my students, we turn the temp down to about 160 and let it simmer longer.It might be possible to design a 1 quart pan with a thicker bottom to reduce the concentration of the heat, but this might cost more and would be less responsive to temperature changes and longer to heat up.When we are simmering a chocolate sauce, however, temperature is critical. or use a bigger pan.Summary: DUXTOP is good product. I am taking the DUXTOP pans back out of the closet.

They look great at first. Lids don't transfer to other pans & pots. Lids are awkward to position. The bolts connecting handle to pan or pot are difficult to keep clean as well as the bottoms. The handles are not shaped well for grip. I've had many close calls of dropping. Wouldn't buy again.

I was so excited for a new set that is pure stainless steel. They are so much better in person!! So durable and pretty. So many varieties of sizes of pans. Worth every penny to spend on these! I hope they last!!

We are using for our culinary needs. The quality is amazing. It keeps the heat to the correct level and even. They definitely have some weight to them but easy to use.
