Arrived very quickly despite being shipped from overseas. As expected it feels great quality and fits the stockpot perfectly. However, many of the draining holes are so small that water can barely drain through them, meaning pulling the insert out and dumping the pasta into another pan will take a significant amount of pasta water with it. I would prefer larger holes which would allow me to more thoroughly drain the pasta, and I could add more pasta water to the sauce with a ladle which would give me more control. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ outil de cuisine pratique ! *by on Reviewed in Canada December 6, 2024* Permet de séparer les pâtes de leur liquide de cuisson en un tournemain…Je recommande ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feels like I'm cheating *by on Reviewed in the United States November 27, 2025* This is a cooking upgrade I should have made a long time ago. It fits the 6 and 8 quart pans (I have the 8 quart) like a glove, and is so simple to use. It also uses the 8 quart lid perfectly. Not sure what to do with my colanders at this point. Cooking WITH the strainer is a mega upgrade. Expensive? Not really...not for this brand. And it's built SOLID. It'll last easily as long as the pans. VERY pleased with this item. ## Frequently Bought Together - Made In Cookware - Stainless Steel Pasta Insert - Premium Stainless Steel - Professional Cookware - Crafted in Thailand - Fits 6 and 8 QT Stock Pots - Made In Cookware - 10 Piece Stainless Steel Pot and Pan Set - 5 Ply Clad - Includes Stainless Steel Frying Pans, Saucepans, Saucier and Stock Pot W/Lid - Professional Cookware - Crafted in Italy - Made In Cookware - Stainless Steel Cleaner - Environmentally Safe Stainless Steel Cleaner for Polishing and Cleaning Pots and Pans - 12oz Powder --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/766715414-made-in-cookware-stainless-steel-pasta-insert](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/766715414-made-in-cookware-stainless-steel-pasta-insert) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
