Featuring a slim 3mm receiver that adheres securely via custom 3M adhesive, the kit includes a bayonet-style filter holder, clip-in lens cap, and a handy storage container. Designed for convenience and durability, it supports stacking two filters simultaneously and protects your lens while maintaining the camera’s compact profile. ## Description We designed the system so that the filter remains in the filter holder and is attached/detached as an assembly. The filter holder bayonets onto camera with less than 90 degree of rotation to the locked position. The low tension locking system assures that the lens barrel won't be harmed by over-enthusiastic tightening (or loosening) of the filter. The ability to quickly change the filter without having to thread or unthread should appeal to filter users. You'll find that you're more likely to use your filters when they can be mounted and removed this easily. You may use 2 filters at a time, with no vignetting at any focal length. ## Features - Add any standard 52mm filter to your Canon G7 X with no vignetting through-out the entire focal range - The lensmate canon G7 X quick-change filter adapter kit 52mm includes part 1 the tiny receiver, part 2 the actual 52mm filter adapter, safe removal tool, 52mm clip in style lens cap, and a handled lid container for the filter/filter holder/lens cap assembly for convenient storage camera and filter not included - Only the tiny receiver stays on the camera (it adds only 3mm to the depth of the camera) the filter/filter holder assembly bayonets onto the receiver for quick changes without having to thread the filter on and off - The tiny receiver attaches to end of the cameras zoom lens using a custom 3M dual-sided adhesive film which holds tenaciously yet is easy to remove cleanly and safely when desired the quick change kit packaging includes a URL to the install instructions and removal instructions - You may use 2 filters at a time, with no vignetting at any focal length ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00RBF689E | | Brand Name | Lensmate | | Coating Description | No Coating | | Colour | black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (120) | | Item Type Name | filter | | Manufacturer | canon | | Manufacturer Part Number | G7XAdapter52 | | Model Number | 4331994306 | | Photo Filter Size | 52 Millimeters | | Photo Filter Thread Size | 52 Millimetres | | Screen Size Unit of Measure | 52 Millimetres | | UPC | 682017939896 | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Lensmate - **Coating Description:** No Coating - **Photo Filter Size:** 52 Millimeters - **Photo Filter Thread Size:** 52 Millimetres - **Water Resistance Level:** Not Water Resistant ## Images ![Canon G7X Mark II 52mm Quick Change Filter Adapter Kit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Cqtw7xp4L.jpg) ![Canon G7X Mark II 52mm Quick Change Filter Adapter Kit - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41bwj+bIe0L.jpg) ![Canon G7X Mark II 52mm Quick Change Filter Adapter Kit - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Wwt762xzL.jpg) ![Canon G7X Mark II 52mm Quick Change Filter Adapter Kit - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41vg9DEU3cL.jpg) ![Canon G7X Mark II 52mm Quick Change Filter Adapter Kit - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41w-4On7dGL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will the official canon case still fit over this adapter?** A: Hi Carysm,Because the Canon case is a fitted case, it is designed to fit snuggly around the camera, so would not be able to close with the quick change filter adapter on the camera.Regards Susan of Lensmate **Q: will this fit the g5x?** A: The G7X is the exact same Kit as the now discontinued Canon G5X kit, it just does not contain the custom install tool. We designed the install tool for the G5X because the housing was slightly larger, but the G7X quick change filter adapter can still be be hand installed on the G5X just like the G7X without an install tool. **Q: Hello susan. which is the right adapter for the sony rx100v? i thought i ordered it and now i can't find it. thx** A: Hi Randy,We have pulled the Lensmate Sony RX100 V quick change filter adapter from Amazon and our website because we are currently out of stock. We will be restocked next week. Please check Amazon again next week.Best Regards Susan of Lensmate **Q: Can you attach a 52mm lens hood to the adapter with the Canon G5Xmarkii?** A: Yes any 52mm filter or hood can be attached BUT we have tested over 30 different lens hoods and all of them vignette at full wide. That is because either the edge of the hood is too narrow and the camera see it, or the 52mm mount is too thick and the camera see it. If anyone finds a hood that does not vignette at full wide with a single filter please contact us with a photo and the brand and a link to the product. Thank you. ## Frequently Bought Together - Lensmate Quick-Change Filter Adapter Kit Compatible with Canon G7X Mark III, G7X Mark II & G7X (Also fits G5X Mark II & G5X) - 52mm - Tiffen 52CP Slim 52mm Circular Polarizer Filter for Camera Lens, Glare Control, Contrast Increase, Color Enhancing - Made in USA - Tiffen 52UVP Slim 52mm UV Protection Filter for Camera Lens, Clear Optical Glass, Impact Resistant, Made in USA --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/76983084-canon-g7x-mark-ii-52mm-quick-change-filter-adapter-kit](https://www.desertcart.com.eg/products/76983084-canon-g7x-mark-ii-52mm-quick-change-filter-adapter-kit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Egypt* *Store origin: EG* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
