Review: Doesn't work with all Samsung TV's - Thus unit is advertised as working with all Samsung TV's, I'm here to tell you this is incorrect. I sent this to my 83 year old Mum and told her that she only needed to add batteries and it will work out of the box (sellers guarantee). Mum did as instructed and all she got was "no signal, no signal" each time she tried to run up the channels!! I contacted the seller to ask for a solution....this us what they told me.. If there is a streaming stick or DVD attached to the TV it will interfere with the signal and the unit will not function!!! Have you heard anything like this in your life....no, neither have I. They offered to send another unit if there was no DVD or streaming stick attached to Mum's TV......well Mum is intending to buy a DVD player so, NO, a replacement wouldn't be any good..... I cannot believe in this day of great technology you have a supplier stating that their unit doesn't work if a DVD or streaming stick is added to a TV, well HELLO! The unit doesn't work on all Samsung TV's as claimed, even those without a DVD or Streaming stick attached..... Time to update your listing DON'T YOU THINK!!

The remote has developed an annoying issue when adjusting the volume, it powers the tv off!! Looks, feels , & works just like the original! Apart from the annoying fault! No setting up required, linked up & worked with the tv straight away.

Thus unit is advertised as working with all Samsung TV's, I'm here to tell you this is incorrect. I sent this to my 83 year old Mum and told her that she only needed to add batteries and it will work out of the box (sellers guarantee).
