## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why you might like this？**
A: Elevate your home with the AROMADD U5 Smart Diffuser. Covers 3,500 sq.ft. via HVAC/standalone. 600ml tank lasts 120 days. Features quiet cold-air diffusion, Bluetooth App control, and custom scheduling for a 5-star scent experience.

**Q: Can it be used with any fragrance oil?**
A: For best performance, use AROMADD fragrance oils, specially formulated for our waterless cold-air diffusers. If using another brand, ensure it's compatible with waterless diffusers.

**Q: Does the diffuser require regular cleaning?**
A: Yes. Clean the diffuser monthly, or more often with frequent use. Regular cleaning helps reduce atomizer clogging, oil leakage, and performance loss. For HVAC use, inspect tubing and connections to help protect HVAC components and nearby surfaces.

**Q: Can the diffuser automatically sync with my HVAC system, and how can I use it effectively?**
A: AROMADD U5 doesn't auto-detect HVAC fans and stays on until manual shutoff. To save oil and boost efficiency, we recommend setting a custom app schedule that matches your HVAC runtime for seamless, automated operation.

**Q: What support is included with my AROMADD diffuser?**
A: 1. Aromadd diffusers come with a 30-day free return or exchange policy and a 2-year support. 2. Our support team is available 24/7 to address any issues you may have
