Review: Better than the normal Prebiotic Pepsi flavor - It's strange for me because usually I'm not a fan of cherry-flavored things, but this flavor of Prebiotic Pepsi is better than the normal one. It has more balanced acidity, not as flat as the original, and the cans came properly packaged. Same size as the original, and it's just as refreshing, but the quality is better. The only odd thing about it is the aftertaste. It kind of sticks to your mouth for a while. But, other than that, this is a better variant.

Leave it to the big corporation to finally make an exception. This pop hits you with the same bubbly delicious cola blast as a regular pepsi, but with a distinct diety aftertaste. I won’t knock off a star for the diet taste, because this is clearly a low-cal diet pop. I will say the aftertaste is blunted by the minimal real cane sugar content, and is not at all offensive to me. If it is to you, I’d recommend drinking a few of them before passing judgment, as it gets much less noticeable very quickly. As for the cherry flavor, I bought both regular and cherry and initially liked the regular better, but I’ve since shifted to prefer the cherry cola. Probably a side effect of settling in to the aftertaste over the course of a week. Unlike the others I’ve tried, this one is affordable and actually enjoyable. The other brands I’ve tried are 3x the price, and frankly I don’t see the benefit in trying to acquire a taste for them so I can throw money at them in the future. Pepsi for the win.
