Finally after multiple back& forth emails, BlueDriver sent me a replacement. It too was DOA. I got support on the phone again, even they were stumped? In the interim I had paid Honda $150.00 to test my OBD II port, as BD support suggested it may be on my cars end, and it is fine. Support had me disconnect my phone from the car, that did not work. We then got disconnected and I kept fiddling with it. I physically had to “forget device” to every BT app I have. Once I did this, I finally got the BlueDriver paired. It is absolutely absurd that I now have 8 billable hours into this product + $150.00 paid to Honda to confirm my OBDII port was working all along & it is the BlueDrivers horrible BT software that has now cost me $1120.00 of my time $140.00/hour + the $150.00. Now I have to “un-forget every device I forgot, easier said than done.. Blue Driver appears to be asleep at the wheel and clueless in regard to tech support. Customer service is nice, friendly and they actually answer the phones but the product has major problems… I had planned to bump my review to three stars but now I find out I need an account to use it, so they can sell my data. Sorry, no friggin' way do I want them selling my data! So it remains at two stars. DOA & Support from Blue Driver has been less than useless. When I finally got a hold of a human she insisted on going through her entire cookbook and made me repeat every step I had already taken over the previous four hours. She failed to listen when I said things such as: "I have already done that multiple times". -Delete the BlueDriver app from your phone or tablet. -Forget the BlueDriver device in your Bluetooth settings. -Restart your phone or tablet. -Reinstall the BlueDriver app from the App Store -Turn Bluetooth back on. -Remove the BlueDriver device (if it’s plugged in) for at least 10 seconds. -Turn your vehicle to the ON (RUN) position - this is just before starting the engine. -Plug in the BlueDriver device. -Wait for the green light. -Once it starts, wait another 10 seconds. They cannot seem to grasp that I'm not getting a green light because the minute I open the app the device crashes and the blue light goes away. I am not new to BlueDriver, my first one worked perfectly, but I misplaced it, so bought this new "upgraded pro model".
