Hit myself in the face with an M1A that I tried holding like an AR with my head too far forward. The impact was between my eye and nose with a metal rifle edge. The foam band and nose piece along with the strong lens spread out the impact so it just felt like a padded push on my face. The lens is scratched right where I look through it so I found replacement vermilion lenses on the manufacturer website.
