Super Comfortable and Loud
They are confortable to wear for a 12 hour shift. I love the fact they provide great clear sound.

Extremely loose
So i love this headset, it's absolutely better than the ones my call center are providing. It would be perfect if you were able to lock the earpiece in position and keep the mouth piece from dropping. It's very good about hooking into my ear, i can get it pretty snug but the joint that attaches that is extremely loose and I had problems with my customers hearing me using this headset. I got some paper medical tape and I tape the mic to my cheek. It's a little annoying but that made it perfect. Excellent sound, the customers can hear me clearly (I personally took the foam bit off the mic) and it's comfortable. I would upgrade to a headset that can hold the mic up if i could find/afford one

Light Weight; Noise Cancelling Didn’t Work Well
I work emergency dispatch for ems, fd, pd, and call take. We use the Plantronics quick disconnect system. Headset was very comfortable, hardly noticed it was there. It is *very* very light so it solved my headache issue from the headband headsets, but so light that it was loose if I didn’t clip it directly to my clothing below my ear to stabilize it. Def not a deal breaker. I liked the different sizes of ear inserts. The smallest one fit me well, didn’t make my ear sore, and I could hear so much better than the over-the-ear headsets. Unfortunately I work in a high-volume room and had to return it due to the noise cancellation not always working when I was on the radio. The mic would randomly pick up background noise and would lower my voice in the process. If I worked in a lower-volume room then it would have worked great.

Not Durable
When I 1st used this headset, the hearing quality was the best I'd experienced in almost 20 yrs as a dispatcher. Unfortunately, it possesses minimal durability. The 1st thing to break was the over-the-ear-lobe portion. It came unsnapped. I popped it back in, but it still unattaches intermittently...no warning. In addition, the boom mic arm recently broke. I keep my equipment clean, and always store my headsets in their original box, to avoid them breaking or wires getting crimped. When the boom arm snapped as I lowered it, I noticed that the wires were still attached, so I just grabbed nearby tape and secured the 2 pieces to each other. I did this because the sound quality is so exceptional that I'd rather have a broken, taped headset than 1 our employer provides (subpar. )

Comfy and adjustable
Having worn the in-ear type headsets for many years and the model I used to love wearing had been discontinued, I decided to give this a try. I could not be more pleased! The ear wrap is adjustable and easy to wear on either side, held together with a 360 degree ball joint providing comfort and ease of use. Also has 3 sizes of silicone ear tips. I’ll be ordering another headset for a back up!

Nice, but. . . . .
It's lightweight, adjustable, great fit, comfortable. I work on a phone all day long, I love the quick disconnect, and I have zero issues with the volume. No pain or discomfort from this headset.I cannot find eartip replacements that fit this headset. If I could, I would give it a 5, but I have searched all over and even had to return some that I purchased. If I could find eartip replacements, I'd give it a 5.
