A traditional dual head design featuring a lightweight aluminum chest piece and teal blue PVC tubing. An inlaid non-chill ring, chrome-plated brass binaurals. An excellent stethoscope for general auscultation.

Review: Good For the Price - This is not a super high quality stethoscope, but at the price I paid, I did not expect it to be. It works fairly well and it is very light weight. I actually bought it for my daughter to play with when she's playing with her doctor toys, but I have to be careful to help her use it because it is very loud whenever something bumps the diaphragm part. I'm concerned that just accidentally hitting that end against a hard surface while the ear pieces are in her ears could damage her hearing. Obviously, yelling into it could damage hearing. I think this could be used by a healthcare professional, but I'm quite sure that there are better functioning models available. I give it a full five stars because it does what it says it will do, and at the very affordable price, I think it's a good value.
Review: Works great for learning/manual blood pressures! - For the price, this is perfect for nursing students learning, curious children, and manual at home blood pressures. As an ICU RN, I wouldn't want this for work, but if I forget my own, would still use this for stable patients. Of course, if I had a crashing patient I would want a better one that blocked out outside noise; really the only difference, besides the drum. I use this to teach my daughter about heart, lungs, and gastric sounds. Not a bad one to have and does the job 😉

**Q: Are these toys or real? Can I hear a heart beat?**
A: After buying one and reading reviews, here's what happens: it is a 2 directional stethoscope. The sound is not super loud, but it is there. The piece you place to listen can be twisted to change which direction you can listen from. If it's twisted the wrong way, you will hear nothing.

**Q: Does this look real? Is it adult size? I need stethoscopes for a movie prop. Would these work?**
A: It is real and adult sized.  Would be perfect for a prop.

**Q: Are these toys or real?**
A: They are real, not the quality a medical professional would want to use all day, but great for teaching kids about their bodies or to put in your home medical kit. If you’ve never used a stethoscope give yourself a 10 minute lesson on you tube so you know how to properly adjust and use them. Both the ear pieces and the diaphragm need to be properly adjusted for good results. Also you need to know where to place it on the body to hear what you want to hear.

**Q: Could you hear a 3rd trimester baby heartbeat with these?**
A: I don't see you not. It's the same type Nurses and Doctors use. I'm a Respiratory Therapist and use them. Now, let me end by saying I haven't tried them on a trimester baby/mother so there is that!

I’m only giving it a 1because you can technically hear from it. I wouldn’t really recommend this stethoscope! It’s very very cheap, the sounds you can hear are pretty quiet, and this thing wouldn’t last a 2 full shifts with out breaking. Don’t buy
