They will be stiff and in pain and u wont be bcuz ur doing the work even at work! **Q: Does it stretch** A: It does not stretch. It does stretch out the body. It is course and made very strong with loops. I wanted something that was easier on the skin and stretched like a thick rubber band. The good thing about it is you can get a work out with it and if you don't have a lot of room, like me, it's small so easy to store and it has directions. **Q: Can you sit in a chair and stretch your Achilles/ calves with this? I cannot get down on the floor to do it** A: Yes. You could sit on a chair and use and ottoman to lift your foot/leg and do all the exercises you could in the floor. **Q: How wide is the band?
