Really cool product it’s awesome

Shiny but not worth the money
60% of the time its works 100% of the time. But sometimes it's inexplicably slow. It gets confused about inputs (pen vesus onscreen keyboard). The onscreen keyobard keeps popping up, windows keep being moved up and down. Not a workhorse. Good as a backup. Not worth the money. For the price I paid I expected a reliable product. Pen and drawing are fun, but overall this is bad product design.

Need to pay £428.10 after 25 months of purchase as device doesn't turn on anymore
This is the second surface pro 6 I bought for my kids. It stopped working 10 days ago. Doesn't power up. Microsoft technical support said it's unrepairable. So need to send it in to Microsoft and need to pay £ 428.10 to get it replaced. I won't go into full detail, but Microsoft product support is horrendously bad. Only 1 walk in technical support center I'm Europe, regent Street London. The helplins are super customer unfriendly And even printing out the label for sending in the product is not working. Had to be escalated and I'm waiting for it to be resolved. But the payment they took without problems. Super unhelpful and disrespectful towards private customers. Unbelievable for such a big tech company.

Top Gerät + Top Service! Leider war das Windows 10 System auf dem Surface etwas veraltet; vermute durch die Lagerung des Gerätes! Jedoch nach einem Update des Betriebsystemes, top! Würde jederzeit wieder in Surface investieren!
