Delivered in 2 days. Great packaging and easy to set up. Would recommend buying a high grade UPS (1100VA and above) if you have power cuts in your area.

The media could not be loaded.  Few things that I find annoying as first time buyer with pc background:- Had a spare xbox controller, can't connect it even with cable.- Can't connect Bluetooth headphones directly.- Sound form wired usb headphones connected to the console is very low.- Mouse and keyboard doesn't work.Things that impressed me:- Making a pc with similar performance for gaming is very costly affair.- Switching between games, youtube, ott is very smooth.- Never experienced anything similar to the adaptive triggers of the ps5 controller.- Moblie app for the ps5 is useful and good.

Last week I wrote a review about my first barnd new PS5 whose Disc drive was not working. Applied for replacement and Amazon delivered replacement in just 2 days after the request, amazing prompt response.Now as all of you know PS5 is best in all, and now the replaced console is working like a charm, awesome gaming experience, superb graphics.If anyone is thinking to buy a PS5, just go for it, it is worth the price and the gaming experience you will have is speechless. Thanks amazon for immediate resolution of my problem. Thanks a lot guys.

The product is in good condition, however the packaging of the PS5 is bit damaged. Overall the outer packaging is good. That's the reason I gave 4 star.

Awesome product. Best gaming experience. Performance is impressive. Loading the games very fast. Storage is poor. only 5 -6 big games can be installed.
