where is the vitamin d sourced from? usuall it's from fish or sheep's wool lanolin

I'm not sure exactly, but it's listed that it is Free Of: Sugar, starch, soy, wheat, casein, gluten, milk, corn, egg, preservatives, yeast, gelatin, flavorings, colorings, peanuts, tree nuts or fish. The ingredients are: Vitamin D-3, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Plant Cellulose Capsule. There is a phone number on the bottle you could call to get more information: 800-245-8282. I hope this helps!

Why did you change the product and its shape and add hypromellose and water to it? The old yellow-colored shape is better than this and more energy

It is the exact same product, formula, and raw ingredients. The label graphics have been updated for all of our products. The plant cellulose capsule is made of hypromellose and water.
