No this is a bog standard pen light to see pupils to dilate or not with sizing on the size.

Is the red pen more pink. The picture looks pink

Hi it’s Hot pink not red. And a blue one too. I prefer the blue as it’s my favourite colour, they both do the same job. Pink one is my back up one.

Could you use this as part of a men in black costume?

Not really no as the light is at the tip of the penlight. And button to turn on is at the top of the pen not on the side like MIB. But if that doesn’t bother you then I don’t see why you cannot use it as a prop.

Can you see veins and arteries through this pen looking over the skin?

Its just a bright touch so no more than any bright light
