Gets loud for the price and have decent bass. Would sound better with tweeters tho. Besides it's a fullrange it gets loud and clear.

This little speaker sounds perfect in the correct enclosure Make sure you have the correct application and you won't be disappointed especially with this price

After the silicon in the woofers of my Snell tower speaks broke down, I needed a replacement woofer with the same electrical characteristics. I was able to find that in these speakers and they have proved to be excellent replacements. If you do the same, make sure that you at least match impedance. The speaker is available in both a 4 ohm and a 2 ohm version. I researched and found that 4 ohm was right for my speakers.

Compre dos midbass de 8” y el primer inconveniente fue que el pedido no llego a tiempo, luego de que me llegaran los instale con un amplificador de 1200w 4 canales, mi amp entrega 300w por canal asi que use dos canales en modo puente (600w) para conectar los dos midbass que segun dice el fabricante su max peak power es de 900w cada uno y su continuous program power es de 450w rms. Sin embargo y aunque mi amp solo le entregaría 600w rms para los dos midbass (900w rms) estos mismos solo funcionaron por unos minutos y luego dejaron de funcionar soltando humo y olor a quemado. No pienso que sea defecto de los midbass porque fallaron los dos por igual asi que mi opinión es que el fabricante esta mintiendo en los watts que nos dice, porque si estos midbass dejaron de funcionar con 600w rms y porque en realidad son de150w rms o incluso menos cada uno. No los recomiendo a menos que lo vallas a usar con 150w rms de potencia maxima por pieza.

These midbass speakers pack a lot of punch! I've had them about a month now and they sound great! Put them in my JK aftermarket sound bar after the original ones finally gave up the ghost. Will buy two more soon to replace the others once they go.
