Works well. Heavy flake paint tends to clog a little so it has to be thinned down more. The un-clogging tool is very fragile and the first use I accidentally bent it making it even a little harder to clean now. I find that if the paint is thicker and not wanting to flow you can just use your thumb over the top of the cup to force it through by pressurizing the air. I wonder if there are filters small enough to run into the cup…? That would be helpful.

Seams to be good quality and works great for paint chip repair.

I purchased this pen for repairing paint chips and deep scratches in automotive paint. I haven’t used it yet, but it’s an upgrade from a toothpick! The only problem is that the included cleaning tool was not included. It may have been a returned item and I’m not going to return it, but it’s disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. The product is great. It's easy to use. I love the precision and accuracy. The only thing I would change is add more instructions on how to add paint to the well. I used a toothpick to add a drop at a time, but less experienced people may not know that. Also, when cleaning after use, fill the well with something like acetone, let it sit for a min then use the provided tool to clean out the tip from the bottom several times. Again, not in the instructions and could be confusing to people less in the know.

Precision

The tool itself is built really well and seems like a great tool but as an amateur it is very difficult to use and get a good look. I gave up and used the built in paint pen

The flow of the paint was amazing and it was effortless. There's a fine brush that goes in the tip. And that's what gets it primed. After that paint just flows out as you need it.
