Good quality and the package was bigger than I thought, so that was really good.

Dangerous interaction.
I ordered some Papaya Leaf Extract after reading that it can boost platelet levels, and mine are a little low. Unfortunately, there is no warning about the potential interaction with Warfarin. I did consult my doctor first, but they didn't expect a dramatic effect. My INR rocketed from a stable 2.5 to a dangerously high 7.6, something a specialist attributed to this supplement. I was told by my hospital to stop taking these capsules immediately as I was at risk of internal bleeding and, potentially, another stroke. I'm not a medical person, but I really think this product should provide some kind of health warning specific to blood thinners.

Very bitter, but very effective!
