Recommend if for domestic use store in small glass mason jars. That way heating time to use is reduced.

Easy to use and dependable
For Valentine's Day in our cafe we sell chocolate covered strawberries. We will sell about 1,100-1,200 of them and this product makes the dipping process bearable. It is so much easier then dealing with bowls of melting chocolate on double boilers, it coats well and it sets up quickly so we can sell them even faster. A really good secret to keep in your back pocket when you have lots of dipping to do!

NOT GREAT FOR DIPPING ICE CREAM BARS, the chocolate TEXTURE & TASTE was not great!
Normally, I purchase Cocao Berry dipping (brune) chocolate, but I thought I would give this brand a try! I regret ordering this slick mess. When you coat anything cold with it...the "chocolate" becomes WAXY tasting. It's horrible! At room-temp or melted this product is not bad at all; however, the moment it becomes COLD on any item such as ice cream pops it does NOT work out so well. It is great for room temp. items such as strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc. But, DO NOT EXPECT FOR THE CHOCOLATE TO TASTE GOOD ON CREAMY ICE CREAM BARS! Unfortunately, this product is inferior to that concept. It will become way too hard and when you take a bite it will taste a bit "waxy" and the texture crumbles at the first bite. The product does NOT adhere very well to COLD ice cream. I will try to upload what it looks like on ice cream bars (after taking a bite) in my next "updated" post.

Great bang for your buck
Understanding the difference between chocolate and pate a glacer is key (cocoa butter vs veg oil) but this is quality stuff
